Hi Paynova Developers,
I'm currently integrating the Paynova API into my e-commerce platform and am encountering an error with code 403. I've reviewed the API documentation and haven't been able to find a clear explanation of this error.
The specific scenario where this error occurs is when attempting to initiate a payment transaction using the initiatePayment endpoint. The request includes the correct API key and secret, and the transaction details (amount, currency, etc.) appear to be correctly formatted according to the documentation. The specific transaction ID in question is 1234567890.
I've already tried: level devil
Verifying the API key and secret multiple times.
Checking for typos in the request parameters.
Testing with different network connections.
Ensuring the necessary permissions are set up on the merchant account.
Could you please provide assistance in resolving this issue? Any information on the cause of this 403 error code and potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps there's a specific setting or configuration I've missed?
