Anyone else still getting hooked on Geometry Dash after all these years?
I keep coming back to Geometry Dash even after taking long breaks, and it’s honestly kind of impressive how well it holds up. The gameplay is still super simple on the surface—just timing jumps to the beat—but the difficulty curve and level design make it feel endlessly challenging.
What really gets me is how different each level can feel depending on the song and visuals. Some are relaxing to learn, and others just straight-up test your patience in the best (and worst) way possible. And then there’s the user-created levels… that’s basically a whole separate universe of creativity and chaos.
I also feel like the “one more try” effect is stronger here than almost any other game I’ve played. You fail, but instead of quitting, you just immediately restart without thinking.
Curious if others still play regularly—are you more into official levels, demons, or custom community maps?
